Erie Man Presented with Keep PA Beautiful for Litter Clean Up Efforts
(WJET Erie) A local man is being recognized for his effort of tackling litter and illegal dumping.
Anthony Sorci was presented with Keep Pennsylvania Beautiful’s Community Pride Award.
Sorci, who is from Fairview Township, has dedicated thousands of hours cleaning roadsides, interstate ramps and public spaces in Erie County.
Sorci has found anything from cans and bottles to tires and appliances, and said he volunteers his free time after work and during the weekends to keep his hometown clean.
