    The Office Administrator supports the smooth, efficient, and professional day-to-day operation of the office while providing administrative assistance to leadership, staff, volunteers, and core organizational functions at Keep Pennsylvania Beautiful. In a small nonprofit environment with a lean team of 6-8 employees, this role is hands-on and focused on administrative coordination, executive support, program support, records management, office logistics, bookkeeping assistance, and basic technology coordination, including the use of Microsoft 365, WordPress, and Customer Relations Management (CRM) systems. This position is well suited to someone who values mission-driven work, enjoys helping others succeed, and takes pride in keeping people, information, and processes organized in support of community impact across Pennsylvania.

    This position is scheduled for 30 hours per week, considered full time with an hourly rate of $17-$19/hr. commensurate with experience and qualifications.
