Affiliate Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2024-2025

Thank you for all you do in support of our shared mission of empowering Pennsylvanians to keep our communities clean and beautiful.

All Keep Pennsylvania Beautiful Affiliates are required to complete the Annual Affiliate Report. If KPB serves as your fiscal sponsor, you will need to also submit the Fiscal Sponsorship Report. Please have your report(s) completed by October 31st, 2025. KPB also invoiced you a 100.00 Affiliate Admin Fee to be paid by October 31st (+ $150.00 Fiscal Sponsorship Fee if applicable)

October 14th at 10:00 AM, Keep Pennsylvania Beautiful will have “office hours” on Microsoft Teams for anyone who has questions about the annual report. More info was sent to all coordinators in an email.

Please remember, only affiliates in good standing are eligible to apply for our Annual Affiliate Fund and our Awards programs, including the Volunteer of the Year Award and Community Partner Award, and Stewards for Tomorrow Youth Award.

Event Reporting

KPB desires a strong and active Affiliate Network. As such, Affiliates are required to host or partner in a minimum of of five mission-related community improvement programs each year between October 1st and September 30th. There are two options for reporting:

You can submit your affiliate's Annual Report or simply your department's Annual Report statistics. Please note that it still must be evident that 5 mission-aligned occurred. See two examples here: Huntingdon County 2024 report, and also Cumberland County 2024 report.
