Friends of the Trail workday is Sunday

The Express – LOCK HAVEN — After two consecutive years of never ending rainfall washed out sections of the Bald Eagle Valley Trail system, the Clinton County Planning Department announced the third party contractor has completed repairing drainage issues. To complete the project community members are needed to help, especially owner operators of tractors with attached buckets. During the event, the tractors are needed to transport TSA gravel from the staging area to predetermined work sites on the trail and spread the material with the tractor’s bucket. After the tractors deliver TSA, trail crew volunteers will spread and level the TSA gravel with metal rakes.
