(WGAL 8) Keep Pennsylvania Beautiful participated in a tour of the Camp Curtain neighborhood of Harrisburg on Wednesday with DEP Secretary Patrick McDonnell, activist and DEP Environmental Justice Advisory Board member Rafiyqa Muhammad, along with other staff from DEP, the city, Dauphin County, local nonprofits and community activists from multiple neighborhoods to discuss possible solutions to littering and illegal dumping.
