Plans and Goals

GOALS Assist with PA’s waste reduction goals thru partnerships, education, & enforcement PLANS Communication and Outreach   • Integrate 4-R Hierarchy of Waste Management – Reduce Reuse, Recycle, Restore - into education   Law & Enforcement   • Increase litter citations in partnership with municipal & state police training agencies • Review National and PA litter laws and recommend changes to legislators • Improve effectiveness of Litter Hotline   Clean-up   • Co-Sponsor the annual Great PA Cleanup • Promote PENNDOT Adopt-A-Highway program
