Click here to find a listing of enforcement agencies that have the authority to enforce Pennsylvania's laws against littering and illegal dumping. If you witness someone littering or you find an illegal dump, we encourage you to report it to the appropriate enforcement agency.

We also encourage you to report locations of illegal dumps to Keep Pennsylvania Beautiful. Keep Pennsylvania Beautiful is collecting information on illegal dumpsites throughout Pennsylvania. If you know of a dumpsite - old or new, active or inactive - please take a moment to complete this brief online Report Litter and Dumping Form. Locating and documenting these dumps is the first step in getting these sites cleaned up and ultimately making Pennsylvania a cleaner place to live.
